We already feel like members of the basement technologies family.  As new dealers, we have just returned from attending the excellent three day training program. We also spent a day on the job with Rich Alfonso and his crew. We want to express our thanks to you, Dan Carney and Ron Lembo for your hospitality and support in helping us get started.
Your organization is truly impressive- from Debbie as the “Director of First Impressions”, to the boys in the warehouse; everyone is so helpful and professional.  Basement Technologies has opened my opportunities in the waterproofing business.  Just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to allow me to become a dealer for Basement Technologies. It sure has opened my opportunities in the waterproofing business; I was limited on what I could offer my potential customers. Now I can be a full service waterproofer. Your systems are easy to work with and installation is much easier without having to move so much debris.

Basement Technologies of Maine:
In March of last year, I attended your Basement Technologies, Inc. training program. Since that time, I have been installing basement systems in Maine, and I want to thank you for providing the excellent training which has enabled me to do quality work on each of my jobs. The initial training session at your warehouse and training area was well organized, and all explanations and instructions were clear. Questions were handled with expertise, and i felt knowledgeable after the opening session. Even more helpful were the job site visits that you arranged. Here we could see the words put into action, watching as the systems were installed. I left your training program feeling well versed in the entire range of Basement Technologies systems and products. With this background, I felt confident about starting my own business in Maine.
During the training program, you explained that your relationship with your dealers did not end there, and that you would be available for continuing support. In that respect, I have found your advice, especially regarding marketing, to be invaluable. I appreciate all of the written materials at my disposal. In marketing my business, I have used many of the pages of information and glossy fliers that you provided. In addition, Requests for materials for my waterproofing jobs have been met with speed.
Since installing many systems in my first year, I have come to realize just how good a product we have. I have used the Water Trek System, the Waterproofing Wall Panels, and others, and I can state that these are superior products. I like being respected for my own innovations and feel that you regard me as an important member of your team.
It is not easy to start a new business in our present economy, but i have done just that with your guidance. I thank you again for all of the expert training and support I have received.

I wanted to write you an overdue note to thank you and your company for everything you have done for us at Safe-Guard.  I thought the training session was excellent. The marketing materials and quality of the products have been outstanding. I would especially like to thank Dan Carney, Joe Lemay, and Ron Lembo. They have been extremely helpful and have answered all of my questions regarding ordering, pricing, and marketing.  To date we have completed thirteen Water Trek jobs. Our partnership with you changed our name to Value Dry Basement Technologies, and many other positive changes occurred.  We found that with the national marketing program, brochures, and national brand recognition; we were able to close a much higher percentage of our prospects than before. Also, our customers realized that by dealing with a manufacturer of products as opposed to a contractor dealing with Home Depot for product - that we were the better choice.
Not only were we selling more, but with the dealer training we receive on a regular basis, we were able to cut our installation time in half with watertrek - while reducing our number of service calls. This has allowed us to install more systems with less trucks.  So now after 3 years as a dealer, we’ve increased our sales to over 2 miles per quarter of system installed with only 3 more trucks. We dominate our market where we have over 30 strong competitors beating everyone consistently.
