We designed the Floor Grate to catch water from the exterior of bulkheads and garage doors from the interior of a property.
The Floor Grate works like this:
- Water flows into the grate
- From the grate, water flows into the sub-floor drainage system
- From the sub-floor drainage system, water flows into the sump pump(s)
- The sump pumps then pump the water out and away from the property
As a result, water will not make it onto the floors of these common problem areas.
This product is most commonly used in conjunction with the Water Trek Aqua Route and Water Grabber Bull Dog components of our basement waterproofing system.
